The following terms and conditions - and any successive changes - apply to all of our services available: Online, directly or indirectly (through partner sites), via e-mail or telephone. By accessing our website, browsing, using and / or make a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions established below (including the Privacy Policy).

These pages, their content, their structure and the online booking service provided through this website (the "Service") are owned, managed and offered by Budapest Apartments Holiday and are provided for your personal use only with non-commercial purposes, governed by the terms and conditions described below.

1. Object of Service


Through this website we (Budapest Apartments Holiday and affiliate partners (distribution)) an online platform that allows site visitors to make reservations on the properties we have published on our sites. Making a reservation through Budapest Apartments Holiday, you will establish a direct contractual relationship (binding in legal terms) with Budapest Apartments Holiday.

Our services are available for personal, noncommercial use only. Therefore, you may not resell, use, copy, deep-link, monitor (eg spider, scrape), view, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our site for any type of business having commercial or competitive purpose.


2. Privacy

Budapest Apartments Holiday uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. Save for disclosures required by law in any relevant jurisdiction, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. However, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information to our affiliated companies, including our and our affiliated (group) companies, employees and our trusted agents and representatives who have access to this information with our permission and who need to know or have access to this information to perform our service (including customer services and internal (audit/compliance) investigation) to and for the benefit of you.


3. Further correspondence

By completing a booking you consent to receive an e-mail summary that contains information concerning your stay. After your check-out is possible that Budapest Apartments Holiday contact you to obtain information and opinions through survey in order to improve our service. Any further notices can be expressed by Budapest Apartments Holiday in order to provide information about promotions and offers.


4. Check-in and di check-out

Budapest Apartments Holiday not require any check-in and check-out scheduled times, but requires an extra charge of 10 € for the key delivery service from 10.30 pm to 7:30 am the following morning.
This service must be requested when booking or later via a phone call or e-mail contact@budapestapartments.holiday at least 1 day prior to arrival.
Besides this communication, it is important for who has requested  a taxi service, specify the flight schedule, the code of the flight, the company airline and the route (departure city)   again via e-mail or telephone. Without these details we could not provide this service.


5. Booking and payment conditions

The booking of an apartment has the immediate payment of the deposit equal to 10% of the total amount, (credit card) through Paypal if the reservation is done entirely online. For bookings made by requesting an estimate price via email or phone, there is also the option to pay by bank transfer.

The remaining amount will be paid upon arrival in euro cash to our staff member  that give you the keys or by credit card directly in our office located in: Budapest - Ferenciek Tere n.4 - 1053. Payment by credit card is free of charge.

The apartments are furnished and could accommodate the number of persons established. A higher number of occupants will not be allowed without a previous agreement between Budapest Apartments Holiday and the guests.


6. Cancellation Policy

It is possible to cancel your reservation no later than 7 days before check-in, losing only the amount paid as a deposit. For cancellations requested less than 7 days before check-in, Budapest Apartments Holiday reserves the right to request the remaining amount of the balance of the reservation.


7. Reservation procedure

To make a booking please complete the form on the page of each apartment. The reservation is confirmed only when an e-mail confirmation has been sent by Budapest Apartments Holiday, we recommend that you print the e-mail and pay attention to the link in that email so you have all the necessary information about the apartment and your stay.

The person completing the form must be of legal age and able to guarantee full payment of the stay to Budapest Apartments Holiday.
He is, in addition, responsible to inform the other members of his group on the details of the reservation.

If the confirmation e-mail does not arrive and / or you notice errors in the data please contact us immediately at contact@budapestapartments.holiday specifying the problem.

The validity of the contract and these Terms and Conditions of Reservation are governed by Hungarian law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary.


8-A. Reservation with payment of deposit

As expressed in "reservation procedures" Budapest Apartments Holiday holds a sum equal to 10% of the total amount as a guarantee on the reservation through the online payment system Paypal.

Budapest Apartments Holiday will not take any details of its guests payment information such as credit card and any related risks for the treatment of these data, relying on a robust, secure and reliable system, which is Paypal (for more information please visit Their section on privacy).

Therefore, it is stated that Budapest Apartments Holiday is not responsible for any fraud relating to the use of credit cards of their guests because no data come through its online site.


Proceeding to the payment of the deposit your reservation will be CONFIRMED.

The remaining amount will be paid upon arrival in euro cash to our staff member  that give you the keys or by credit card directly in our office located in: Budapest - Ferenciek Tere n.4 - 1053.


8-B. Reservation without payment of deposit

By completing the booking process without payment of deposit your booking WILL NOT BE YET CONFIRMED.

You will receive soon an email addressed to your email inserted during the process of your booking . In this email we will ask you useful info for your arrival in Budapest.
Replying to this email WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE SAME your reservation will be CONFIRMED.

Otherwise, passed 24 HOURS without receiving your response, your reservation will be removed from our system.

9. Force majeure

Budapest Apartments Holiday  reserves itself the right to cancel or change a reservation due to force majeure.

The reasons may result from a damage that might compromise the service we offer for  the selected apartment. In this case the Budapest Apartments Holiday is committed to providing its guests an alternative solution at the same level or higher.

Budapest Apartments Holiday may modify, suspend or cancel a reservation for irregularities by the guest due to improper use of the property, or reporting by the authorities for the unreliability of the subjects.

Force majeure by the guest, due to problems with transport, illness, death, inability to various reasons are evaluated on a case by case basis by the staff of Budapest Apartments Holiday which reserves the right to cancel or change booking


10. Absence of the guests

In case of the guest doesn’t  respect the check-in time, Budapest Apartments Holiday reserves the right to demand payment of the remaining amount for the payment of the entire stay.


11. Ability of the guest

In the event that the guest is disabled, has got mobility problems or special health problems, he should advise the staff of Budapest Apartments Holiday. Without communications, Budapest Apartments Holiday  is not liable for inconvenience and disruption to the guest in question may incur. Advance notice allows the staff to find appropriate solutions in order to provide the best service.
